Stating that Pakistan wants peace with India, Imran Khan said that lasting peace in South Asia depends on the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute. Putting the blame on India to establish peace, he said in his address that the responsibility of creating a conducive environment for meaningful and result-oriented engagement with Pakistan rests with India. During the virtual address at the United Nations, Imran Khan also raised the issue on his Afghanistan and Taliban.

In a pre-recorded address, Imran Khan once again spewed venom against the Indian government and termed the Hindu nationalist government of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as 'fascist'. Imran Khan said that after 9/11 attacks in America right wing started attacks on Muslims and it has the biggest impact in India. In his address, Imran targeted the RSS and the BJP and said that they discriminate against Muslims. At the same time, Imran alleged that India has forcibly occupied Kashmir.
