Apple recently launched the Apple Watch 7 along with the iPhone 13 series at its event. Sales of the iPhone 13 series in India had started from September 24, although the company had said that the new Apple Watch would be available for sale a little later. If the company is to be believed, Apple Watch Series 7 is available for pre-order in India. Apple also said that the sale of Apple Watch 7 series in India will start from October 15.

The price of Apple Watch Series 7 is Rs 41,900. It will be available in 5 aluminum case finishes - Green, Midnight, New Blue, Starlight and (Product) Red. While the stainless steel model will be available in Gold, Graphite and Silver color variants. Apple also announced that the Apple Watch SE price in India will start at Rs 29,900, and the Apple Watch Series 3 will start at Rs 20,900 in India.

Talking about the specifications, it comes in 41mm and 45mm size variants. The display has extremely thin edges of 1.7mm. For protection, it has been given a crack-resistant front crystal, IP6X dust and water resistant coating and WR50 water resistant rating. The Apple Watch Series 7 also features a new QWERTY keyboard with two unique watch faces and a larger display. It also has the facility of calling and messaging.
Apple Watch Series 7 works on watchOS 8. Features like electrical heart sensor, ECG app, blood oxygen sensor are available in this. It gets a new mindfulness app and a new Home app along with Apple Wallet. Also, improvements have been made to the Messages and Photos app. As far as the battery is concerned, Apple says that the Apple Watch Series 7 offers 18 hours of battery life. The company claims that it charges 33 percent faster than the old model.
