The central government and the BJP do not want the network of ration mafia to end from Delhi. He said that regarding the National Food Security Act (NFSA), the Association of Ration Dealers of Delhi had argued in the court that doorstep delivery of ration was not possible, then the court had rejected that argument and the court said that NFSA does not create any such barrier. The central government is now disregarding the same.
According to AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj, in a letter sent by the Union Ministry of Food, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution to the Food and Civil Supplies Department of the Delhi government, it has been said that while distributing ration to the Delhi government, the norms and provisions of the NFSA Act 2013 should be followed. should do. The Center has stated that the proposal under consideration with the Delhi Government for home delivery does not meet the norms of NFSA and hence the Government of India does not allow it.
The file has been sent again to LG for approval.
