A Dalit girl student studying in Intermediate was gang-raped by five youths in Daru, Hazaribagh. The girl was brought to Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College Hospital on Monday after her condition deteriorated. After this, the police came to know about the matter. According to the victim's family members, the girl was gang-raped in the early hours of September 18. At that time she along with three other girls had come out of the house to defecate.
Silent due to threat: The victim, who was brought to the Medical College and Hospital, told that the accused had threatened to make the video of the rape viral. Because of this, he did not inform the family about the incident. Based on the statement of the girl, the police have registered a case against Ashish, Deepak, Vinod alias Gubla and two others. All the accused are residents of the neighboring village of the victim.
According to the statement of the girl, the accused carried out the incident at 4 o'clock in the morning of September 18. The victim told that she and two other girls had gone out in the morning to defecate. Five boys followed him on bikes. The two girls escaped, while the miscreants forced her to sit on the bike after catching her. After this, taking them to a secluded place, they raped in turn.
After the rape, Ashish and Vinod alias Gubla took her home and threatened to make the video viral if she told anyone. She remained silent because of shame. But when the physical condition started deteriorating, then the family members were informed. The medical examination of the hospitalized victim was done on Monday. Anger over the incident: There is anger in various political and social organizations of the city due to the incident of gang rape of a Dalit girl student. Vikas Balmiki of BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha, who came to hospitalize the victim, has demanded the immediate arrest of the accused.
In this case, the police have taken the statement of the victim. The police are taking quick action. The accused will be arrested and sent to jail soon. Police will also request for a speedy trial so that the culprits can be punished at the earliest.
