Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has claimed that she has been put under house arrest once again. Mehbooba has said that she was going to Tral to meet the victim's family in Tral, but they have been locked in the house to prevent this.
The former CM had on Tuesday alleged that army personnel assaulted a family in Tral, Pulwama and a woman of the family was injured. Mufti had said that she would visit the victim's family on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Mufti tweeted, "Today I have been locked up in my house for going on a Tral round after a family assault allegedly by the Army. This is the real picture of Kashmir. The Indian government should show this picture to the visiting delegation instead of a picnic tour.
Mufti has also shared a picture in the tweet, in which army vehicles are seen at the main gate of his house on Gupkar Road.
