Earlier, another Taliban leader, Mohammad Mobin, had also expressed that Afghanistan does not give anyone the right to call for an 'inclusive government' in the country. During a debate show on Afghanistan's Ariana TV, he said, "Does inclusive government mean having neighbors' own representatives and spies in the system?"
