Eight people were killed and six others were injured in a shooting at a university in the Russian city of Perm on Monday morning. The Russian Investigative Committee gave this information. According to the Ministry of Health of the Perm region, 14 people have been injured. The different figures coming about the injured could not be reconciled at the moment.
