Taslima spoke on violence against Hindus in Bangladesh, she is now just 'Jihadistan'

Regarding the killing of Hindus in Bangladesh, writer Taslima Nasreen said that it is now becoming a jihadistan not Bangladesh. All governments have used religion for their political gains. They made Islam the state religion, which has made the condition of Hindus and other minorities pathetic there.
Violence against Hindus in Bangladesh is not taking its name for the last one week. The violence that started with the vandalism of a Durga Puja pandal in Comilla area has spread across the country. Hindus have been targeted everywhere by fundamentalists to protest the alleged desecration of the Quran. So far, more than half a dozen people have died in this violence, and recently some chaotic elements torched 29 houses in Peerganj village of Rangpur district.

In this case, Taslina Nasreen has targeted the Bangladesh government. Nasreen said that it is now becoming a jihadistan not Bangladesh. Talking to PTI News, Tasleen Nasreen said, "I think now even the remaining Hindus due to panic will not be there. The government could have protected them if they wanted. This anti-Hindu mentality is worrying. At the time of partition there was 30 percent. There were minorities which have now come down to nine per cent and will be more less in the times to come."

Let us tell you that Taslima was expelled from Bangladesh in 1993 after the publication of her famous novel Lajja. He wrote the book Lajja in the backdrop of the anti-Hindu riots in Bangladesh after the 1992 Babri Masjid demolition in India. He said that in 1993, I wrote Lajja, the story of which centered on a Hindu family that was forced to leave the country after radical violence. It is not that this is just a matter of 1993, this cycle is going on continuously. Muslims want Hindus to leave Bangladesh so that they can grab their land.
