Two more killed in violence against Hindus in Bangladesh, death toll rises to 6

Violence against Hindus in Bangladesh is not taking its name to stop. There were reports of vandalism in some temples this morning, now information is being received that two Hindu youths were killed by the attackers in the violence. Police officials said on Saturday that the death toll in religious violence has risen to six so far. The search for the accused is on.
Bangladesh Police said the latest violence took place in the southern city of Begumganj. Earlier, hundreds of people from the majority community took out a procession on the road after Friday prayers on the last day of Durga Puja. During this, more than 200 protesters attacked the ISKCON temple, when the people of the Hindu community were about to organize a rally on Vijayadashami. Unknown assailants thrashed an executive member of the temple committee and stabbed him. Local police chief Shahidul Islam told AFP that the body of another Hindu man was found on Saturday morning near a pond next to the temple. "Two people have died since yesterday's attack. We are looking for the attackers," he said.
